We provide our pricing along with our design package so you can see the complete picture of your custom home build.
After pricing is finalized, our purchasing manager will purchase all of the materials. Then, they’ll arrange a site check together with your designer and installer to go through and confirm everything.
Once the design is finalized, we begin the construction process. Throughout this phase, we prioritize regular updates and communication with you to keep you informed and involved in the progress of your dream home.
As we near completion, we work with you to add any finishing touches or make necessary adjustments to ensure that your custom home is exactly how you envisioned it.
